SCOPE
Broken Strings Brewery contracted MW Control Solutions to install existing equipment for a 7bbl brewery. We also installed a new glycol piping system and fully automated cellar management controls. Our scope for installation and commissioning of the above equipment included the following:
Procurement/Shipping of additional Parts/Equipment required
Glycol piping system with fully automated cellar controls
Sanitary Welding of additional process pipework required
Mechanical Engineering with full installation
Electrical Engineering with wiring of new cellar controls
